We're looking for a commercially minded Consulting Lead to take charge of a portfolio of private sector clients, delivering innovative, insight-led communication strategies that improve member outcomes and drive engagement.
This is a high-impact, leadership role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping communication strategy across DB and DC schemes, while ensuring exceptional delivery across complex projects and campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading strategic relationships with major clients, owning service delivery, quality and growth.
- Acting as a senior consultant, delivering workshops, shaping strategy and influencing decision-making.
- Driving end-to-end communications campaigns across digital, and member engagement.
- Using data and insight to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
- Identifying and unlocking commercial opportunities within existing clients.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
- Collaborating across business areas to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in pensions or employee benefits consulting.
- Deep understanding of DB/DC schemes and member engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex client relationships.
- Commercially aware, with experience driving revenue growth and profitability.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, digital engagement and member experience.
- A confident leader who can inspire teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
