A leading pensions organisation is searching for a Senior Business Improvement Analyst to join their growing pensions operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pensions administration professional who enjoys driving operational change, improving processes, and influencing transformation initiatives across a large-scale business.

The role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, support major business improvement projects, and help shape the future operating model of a well-established pensions function.
