If you've successfully delivered DB pensions projects and are looking for a role where you can genuinely influence outcomes, lead strategic initiatives and work across multiple specialist teams, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.


This isn't a role where you'll manage a single workstream. You'll be at the centre of major pension change projects, coordinating actuaries, consultants, administrators, investment specialists, trustees and clients to ensure successful delivery from planning through to completion.


What we're looking for

  • Strong experience within UK Defined Benefit pensions and AI.
  • Proven project management experience within pensions consulting, administration, actuarial or risk transfer environments.
  • Knowledge of GMP equalisation, buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups or similar pension projects.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification desirable.
