Are you an experienced Defined Benefit (DB) pensions professional with a background in Quality Assurance, Audit, Risk or Governance?


We're recruiting for a senior leadership role within a growing pensions administration business. This is an opportunity to lead the Audit, Complaints and Pensions Technical functions, driving strategy, continuous improvement and high-quality client outcomes.


You'll be responsible for:
* Leading three specialist teams across Audit, Complaints and Pensions Technical.
* Driving quality, governance and continuous improvement.
* Managing external audits and supporting key client relationships.
* Developing strategy and identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.
* Influencing senior stakeholders across the business.


We're looking for someone with:
* Strong DB pensions experience.
* A background in Quality Assurance, Audit, Risk or Governance within pensions.
* Experience leading teams and operating at a strategic level.
* Confidence working with clients, auditors and senior stakeholders.


Location: Fully remote within the UK, with occasional travel for team and client meetings.
