Looking after pension schemes... but not your own career?

If you're an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator who's ready for the next step, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected pensions consultancy that's genuinely invested in its people. This isn't a replacement role-it's a new opportunity created through internal promotion, which says a lot about how they develop and retain talent.

You'll join a collaborative team where your experience is valued from day one. As well as managing a portfolio of occupational pension schemes (primarily Defined Contribution with a small Defined Benefit element), you'll mentor colleagues, support client relationships, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards the business is known for.

What's in it for you?

* A business with a proven track record of promoting from within.
* Full support and funding for professional qualifications, including the PMI CPC, if you'd like to continue your development.
* A varied role where you'll combine technical pensions administration with coaching, quality checking and client interaction.
* A supportive, collaborative culture where your contribution genuinely matters.

We're keen to hear from you if you:

* Have strong Third Party Administration (TPA) experience.
* Have solid Defined Contribution pensions knowledge (essential).
* Enjoy mentoring or checking the work of others.
* Take pride in delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.
* Want to join a business where career progression is more than just a promise.

If you've been looking for a role where you can continue to develop, be recognised for your expertise and join a company that promotes from within, we'd love to tell you more.
