Ready for a pension role where your experience, judgement and knowledge can make a real difference?

We're looking for a Senior Pensions Associate to join an established team managing a varied portfolio of occupational pension schemes, from Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution to Hybrid arrangements.

You'll be trusted with complex work, from calculations and payrolls to cashflows, investments, member communications and client reporting. You'll also be the person others turn to - reviewing work, sharing your expertise and helping develop less experienced administrators.

What you'll be doing
* Managing and reviewing pension administration cases across a diverse scheme portfolio
* Completing and checking automated and manual calculations
* Coordinating pensioner payrolls, payments, invoices and scheme cashflows
* Drafting and reviewing member and client communications and reports
* Handling member queries and providing clear, accurate solutions
* Supporting and mentoring pension administrators
* Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and supporting teams
* Contributing to client meetings and new business opportunities

What you'll bring
You'll have solid experience in occupational pension scheme administration and ideally be working towards, or already hold, the Pension Management Institute's CPC qualification.

You'll be analytical, organised and confident making decisions on complex cases. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy sharing your knowledge, supporting others and taking ownership of your work.

If you're ready to take the next step and have more influence over the work you deliver, we'd like to hear from you.
