What you'll be doing
- Lead projects and workstreams from set-up through to successful delivery and closure, managing scope, time, budget and quality.
- Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, keeping teams focused on key deliverables.
- Run stand-ups, identify blockers and take ownership of getting issues resolved.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans using JIRA.
- Manage risks, issues, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and third parties.
- Track budgets and ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters.
- Ensure key processes are documented, monitored and consistently followed.
- Share best practice and contribute to the continual improvement of the project management framework.
What we're looking for
- Essential: Proven Project Management experience within Pensions.
- Strong experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle.
- Experience using JIRA and detailed project planning tools.
