We are seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor, experienced in company transactional matters and helping a variety of clients find solutions on non-contentious company and commercial legal matters. Working in an established team with paralegal and secretarial support, this is a leadership role for a Legal 500 and I welcome applications from individuals with 5+ PQE experience in business law.
The caseload will incorporate sales, mergers & acquisitions, company restructures through sales, joint ventures and partnership changes and whilst you will be given full responsibility for your own clients, the team work collaboratively and you will be involved with larger projects from time to time, with other departments. You will also provide support in relation to GDPR and Data Protection, confidentiality agreements, distribution agreements, patents & copyright, terms and conditions for trading, and at times provide support on employment matters.
The department are seeing growth and you will be someone who enjoys building on already superb client relationships as well as generating income through attending prospective meetings, industry events and marketing.
