Position Overview
As a Legal Secretary within the Private Client department, you will gain exposure to high quality work and be part of an experienced and friendly team who act for a vast number of clients in an area that is constantly growing.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing legal documents, typing correspondence and managing files
- Act as a point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and delivering an excellent service
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Support the team with filing, copying, scanning and handling of client records
Requirements
- You must have a proven background as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client team
- Familiarity with legal document management and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
