This is a hands-on position, ideal for a paralegal with previous conveyancing experience, who is looking to grow their skills. You'll be involved in all stages of the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and professionally from instruction to post-completion.
Responsibilities
- Support a fee earner with a varied caseload
- Draft contract packs and raise enquiries
- Prepare reports on title
- Keep clients and third parties updated
- Handle post-completion work and general admin
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to outstanding client service
- Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
