Position Overview
As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of insolvency matters, providing advice and support to clients in complex and often high-stakes situations. You'll work with a talented team in a collaborative environment, handling everything from corporate restructurings to personal insolvencies.
Responsiblities
- Provide high-quality legal advice in insolvency law to both businesses and individuals
- Manage a diverse caseload, including bankruptcy, liquidation, and corporate recovery
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions
- Work alongside senior lawyers and assist in business development efforts
- Use innovative legal technology to provide cost-efficient and effective solutions
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in insolvency law
- Technical knowledge of insolvency procedures, corporate recovery and restructuring
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- A proactive and team-orientated approach
