This is more than an admin role - you'll be a vital part of a high-performing conveyancing team, ensuring transactions run smoothly and clients receive first-class support at every stage of the process.
Responsibilities
- Keeping files organised and updated with day-to-day case management
- Drafting legal documents and client communications with clarity and accuracy
- Acting as a key contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Handling compliance tasks, including ID checks, AML procedures and onboarding
- Providing essential support in progressing files to exchange and completion
Requirements
- Around one year's experience in residential conveyancing preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Eager to learn, proactive and committed to delivering high standards
