Our client is looking to expand its small commercial property department, and seeking a Paralegal experienced in commercial property matters to support the fee earners and be the first point of contact for clients and intermediaries.
The work will be non-contentious acquisitions and sales of property and land and will enable you to support all the legal advice to clients to include:
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
- Landlord and tenant
- Plot sales
You will research and draft contracts and leases, and be involved with the preparation of financial documents and planning agreements. Key will be your delivery to clients of the high level of service they expect, and this will involve attending meetings with the fee earners and ensuring open and ongoing communication during projects to ensure their expectations are met.
