We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our client, a Private High Street Practice who has very good commercial relationships in place and an up to date caseload of work to hand across their commercial property department.
This is a senior position within the Department offering a variety of non-contentious commercial property matters. As well as managing an active caseload you will also work on new enquiries coming in from existing business relationships and much of the work is repeat business and recommendations to include:
- Sales & Purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Planning agreements
- Joint Ventures
- Investment sales and acquisitions
- Multi-occupancy developments
Consideration will be given to a Commercial Property Solicitor or equivalent with at least 3 years PQE to someone boasting a lengthy legal career with 20+ years experience.
