Position Overview
You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the residential property department. You will oversee a team of 3-4, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care and efficient conveyancing services. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Oversee and mentor a department, providing guidance and support
- Implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance department efficiency
- Identify and pursue opportunities for department growth and expansion
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of outstanding client care
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' experience supervising a residential property team
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Proven track record in residential conveyancing and department growth
- Driven and proactive approach to building and expanding the department
