Joining a busy conveyancing department, you'll manage a mix of transfers of equity and residential sale and purchase files from instruction to completion. You'll also play a key role in helping to maintain a positive, collaborative working culture.
Responsibilities
- Handle transfers of equity and a range of sale & purchase transactions from start to finish
- Play a key role in delivering excellent client care, responding promptly to queries and ensuring that clients are kept informed at every stage of the process
- Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge
Requirements
- 1-2 years PQE as a licensed conveyancer or solicitor
- Solid knowledge of property law and the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent business development skills with a positive attitude
- A friendly, approachable professional with a genuine passion for client care
