Position Overview
You'll be at the heart of delivering clear, practical advice on everything from inheritance tax and wills to complex estate administration, all while helping clients navigate sensitive matters with confidence and care.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including some contentious probate files
- Advise clients on estate administration issues and support the team in preparing wills and LPAs
- Deliver exceptional client care, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts through networking and marketing activities
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the private client field and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (all PQE levels considered)
- Experience in wills, powers of attorney and probate applications
- Experience in contentious probate would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
