Position Overview
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you'll play a vital role in a fast-paced conveyancing team, supporting high-volume work and ensuring transactions run smoothly from instruction to completion. You will have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintain the exceptional service that clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to drive residential property transactions forward from start to finish
- Prepare and review key legal documents, including contracts, reports and client correspondence
- Carry out background checks, title reviews, and other due diligence to support seamless completions
- Act as a point of contact for clients and third parties, ensuring clear, timely updates throughout the process
- Keep case files organised and compliant, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months' previous experience in a similar role within residential property law
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive attitude, can-do approach and willingness to learn and develop within the role
