We are seeking a property fee earner to join our client, a small firm who are growing, and seeking someone who can supervise a small team who specialise in litigious infringement of light, whilst considering growth, process improvement, compliance and developing the firm's business plan to consider other areas of property services across residential and/or commercial conveyancing and leases.
This is an interesting and unusual opportunity for someone with at least 3 years PQE, however all applications will be considered. We are seeking someone who is ambitious and is driven, able to deputise for the owner of the firm and is happy to work in a boutique legal firm. This is an opportunity for a significant 'step up' within the firm for the right person, and is therefore a very good career opportunity.
To be considered you will have an interest and ideally an understanding of neighbourly disputes and an acute eye for detail for checking title documents and leases, however, consideration will be given to someone who works in property and is interested in diversifying their career.
The small team include the owner, NQ and support staff, there is a paperless work environment, Proclaim CMS and located in a busy town with good public transport links.
