Position Overview
You will play a key role in providing exceptional conveyancing services to a diverse client base. You will manage a caseload spanning leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work. This position offers the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients and local estate agents while working collaboratively with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions
  • Contribute to the department's growth and success by delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential property law
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
