Position Overview
You will play a key role in providing exceptional conveyancing services to a diverse client base. You will manage a caseload spanning leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work. This position offers the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients and local estate agents while working collaboratively with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts
- Liaise with clients, estate agents and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions
- Contribute to the department's growth and success by delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential property law
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
