Position Overview
You will be at the heart of the residential property department, managing a caseload of transactions from instruction to completion. You'll provide clear, practical advice and guide clients through what can be a complex process, ensuring the experience is smooth, transparent and stress-free.
Responsibilities
- Build a rapport with referrers and clients
- Effectively communicate with clients and third parties
- Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding transactions
- Perform contract checks, mortgage reports and search results
- Reply to freehold and leasehold enquiries
- Handle exchange of contracts and completion of purchases
Requirements
- Strong experience in residential property law transactions
- Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of pride in work and commitment to client service
