We are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or Property Solicitor who is seeking a career move to a small, boutique independent high street practice. You will be joining a team of fee earners who have been operating with a number of agents and brokers and have very good referrals which means you will have the opportunity to take over some open files from the existing team and manage the new work that is coming into the team to enable you to also build your own caseload.
This is a role not focussed on targets, but working with clients to build long term relationships and offer the very best services. The work is a mix of sales and purchases from shared ownership to multi-million-pound properties, and being able to demonstrate experience of working with wealthy clients and understand their demands and keeping all parties appraised to keep the conveyancing process timely and in line with agreed fees.
The role does come with administration support for opening files and post completion matters and the firm use LEAP for diary and billings and you will be familiar with:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Right to buy Equity transfers
- Freehold and Leasehold
