Our client is a private high street practice with a superb reputation across Family, Private Client, Property and Litigation and we are seeking a Family Solicitor to join this Lexcel accredited firm and manage private family matters.
You will have empathy and able to support clients who are facing very difficult times and periods of change, where you will provide factual legal advice and consider the circumstances to give the best possible advice, ideally to support mediation and find resolution.
The firm has a modern feel, and the department work collaboratively giving the best possible client experience. The position is due to growth and the work will include:
- Divorce, separation and co-habitation
- Financial orders
- Pre & post nuptials
- Childcare
- TOLATA
The role comes with paralegal support and will involve advocacy, you will attend court as well as instruct counsel depending on the circumstances. Key to this role is the client care, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal processes with clear communication and an understanding of tight deadlines.
Our client is very open minded on the level of experience and additional panel membership or other family accreditation is desirable but not a pre-requisite for the role as the firm will invest in you to develop your career further.
