Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently, from instruction to completion
- Draft contracts and supporting legal documentation with precision and accuracy
- Provide regular updates and clear, concise advice to clients, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process
- Liaise effectively with solicitors, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions
- Proactively drive files forward, ensuring timely exchange and completion
- Prepare and manage completion Cstatements and handle post-completion work diligently
- Respond promptly to new business enquiries and contribute to team growth and development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Confidence in managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and associated legal principles
- Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail
