We are seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive who can manage and develop private family matters. The role is due to an increase in enquiries across a mixed caseload of:
- Divorce & Financial Settlement
- Child Law
- Pre & Post nuptials
- TOLATA
- Abduction
- Domestic Violence
We are seeking someone who can engage with all new enquiries and build the caseload of work, demonstrate good experience in family law and the ability to discuss fixed and time cost fees as well as effectively communicating the process of complex legal matters in a simple manner.
To be considered, we are looking for someone who has good experience and a real passion for their career, able to support clients who are facing challenges and give them assurance on the legal process.
At times there will be advocacy or instructing counsel and key will be someone who can consider mediation and resolution.
