This is a very professional and friendly team and you will have the luxury of an assistant who will open files, deal with documents and searches and post completion matters, leaving you to engage with your clients and undertake fee earning responsibilities.
You will work alongside some of the most highly regarded property lawyers in the region. This well-established high street law firm has a well-equipped technology and infrastructure, enabling you to manage your client's expectations and ensure all matters are dealt with professionally, working with all stakeholders to manage files efficiently.
Within the role, you will take responsibility for a varied caseload of some interesting and highly valuable properties and HNW clients, from inception to completion to include both freehold and leasehold sales & purchases. In addition, as the caseload is mixed, you can also expect to also work on New Builds and Help to Buy as well as Shared Ownerships transactions
