Our client is an established Legal 500, seeking a fee earner in Commercial Property to join the team in a more senior position, able to manage a caseload and be involved in supporting the growth of the knowledge within the team and raising and developing connections through attending industry events.
This is a client facing role, where you will inherit some very good and long-term clients where relationships are already in place and you will manage projects and provide advice across a broad caseload to include:
- Advising on all Landlord and Tenant matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development work
- Corporate financing
- Infrastructure agreements
- Pension scheme property investments
- Agricultural
