The firm offers an advanced case management system, ensuring efficient and streamlined conveyancing processes for both clients and staff. As a Support Conveyancing Lawyer, you'll play an essential part in assisting the firm's fee earners to deliver outstanding conveyancing services. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring all work is compliant, efficient, and client-focused.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work while supporting others within a collaborative team.
Your duties will include:
- Manage a variety of freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters
- Provide cover and support to other fee earners during periods of leave
- Handle all legal aspects of residential property transactions
- Ensure compliance with firm procedures and SRA regulations
- Actively minimise risk across all transactions
- Participate in ongoing professional training and development
Requirements:
- Degree, LPC, or relevant technical qualification
- Strong background in residential conveyancing
- Confident using case management systems and legal software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
