Step into a key role at the heart of the conveyancing process, where no two days are ever the same! You'll be driving property transactions forward, working closely with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to keep everything running smoothly. From sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold homes to shared ownership, Right to Buy and transfers of equity, you'll be hands-on every step of the way. We're looking for someone who has previous experience in a conveyancing department, is well-organised and enjoys working as part of a team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive "can-do" attitude are key. You should also be comfortable using case management systems and have a genuine interest in property law.
