This is a role in a high street practice working in one of the biggest teams as a fee earner on a caseload of Private Client matters. The role is due to expansion and there is an increase of enquiries from repeat business as well as liaison through the firm's other departments, especially the conveyancing teams.
We are seeking someone, ideally up to 5 years PQE who is looking to manage their own clients but continue to develop further knowledge, skills and experience. The work is of a good quality and will include dealing with Wills, Power of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Tax and Estate Administration. You will be comfortable to provide expert advice to individuals and families, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
