Our client is a Legal 500, recognised for working with Families particularly within children and public law and we are seeking an experienced fee earner who is ready to apply or already has panel membership.
You will support clients through legal complexities, including support through court hearings. The team are experienced and work collaboratively and you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in this area of law, raising your profile further. We are seeking someone who understands public law processes and is able to work with Local Authorities and manage a caseload with empathy. This role will involve a good communicator, someone who understands the Care sector and Legal Aid funding and applications.
