This established legal firm is seeking an experienced private client fee earner with proven leadership qualities to take their services forward commercially. You will be ambitious and a forward thinker, able to mix complex fee earning work with departmental and people management.
The clients are varied, local families, entrepreneurs and business owners who have a variety of requirements across asset and wealth protection and distribution. You will manage your own files, guiding clients through planning for the future, tax implication and setting up a variety of trusts where you will deliver solid legal guidance.
The team are experienced and established, with an excellent client reach across other departments and this is a role where you will be involved in mentorship, training and strategic growth. We are seeking someone interested in shaping the department, managing the business plan and considering fee earner capabilities for the future as well as developing more junior staff through their careers.
