This role will suit an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive, a professional in commercial legal matters to manage client relationships as a fee earner. The role incorporates a variety of legal issues, advising SME and medium firms across a variety of industries. This is a growing commercial legal firm, with a superb reputation winning new clients, being household names, as well as interesting and new start-ups.
Working within a team of four who work collaboratively, you will provide ongoing commercial advice to both the claimant and respondent. The work will be varied and include:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts of employment
- Tribunal cases
- Dispute and mediation
- Restructure and redundancy support
- Policy and briefings
- Draft and adapt staff handbooks
To be considered, you will demonstrate passion and experience for Employment Law and experience of working with HR and Finance Managers. A confident communicator, able to problem solve for clients and attend face to face meetings. Ideally, you will be 3-5 years PQE and there is some flexibility and the negotiable salary will reflect this.
