Our client is seeking a litigator to manage a mixed and varied caseload of approximately 50 files in Real Estate Dispute, working in a vibrant and friendly team, offering professional services to clients who own offices, retail, hotels and restaurants, and investment residential property portfolios.

Based in a convenient London location with excellent transport links within vibrant area of zone 2/3, the role will offer hybrid working flexibility after a period of settling into the job and establishing working relationships with clients and the team and wider colleagues within the firm.

To be considered you will have at least 4 years PQE experience in resolving Real Estate Disputes, ideally a good success in negotiating issues and settlements as well as dealing with claims and court hearings, and your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on contentious issues related to land transactions and real estate disputes
  • Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges and rent reviews
  • Enforcing covenants from both tenants' and landlords' perspectives
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients

The firm have good processes in place, CMS, paralegal support and you will be involved in supporting firms' trainees. Accredited and well established with a number of City and West End clients.
