About the Role:
You will join a small, friendly team with access to direct mentorship and career development opportunities from the Head of Department. The position offers a steady stream of work across a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Negligence claims
- Debt recovery actions
- Commercial disputes
- Building and construction disputes
- Misrepresentation cases
- Inheritance Act claims
- Contested probate matters

About You:
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Civil Litigator who:
* Has sound knowledge and experience of general civil litigation
* Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process
* Is comfortable negotiating settlements or instructing counsel as appropriate
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
