Our client has been awarded many accreditations, are a Legal 500 and a Sunday Times Best Place to Work. You will be joining a team focussed on private family matters and manging you own caseload for financial, divorce and childcare matters.
As a fee earner in private family matters, you will also work with the Partners and Senior Fee Earners on more complex matters, including larger asset splitting, abductions and foreign business interests as well as revisiting custody agreements and grandparents' rights as well as pre and post nuptial agreements.
The firm is highly professional with good processes in place enabling you to take responsibility for your fee income and be involved with monitoring and reviewing your own performance and you will have the opportunity to raise your industry profile and develop ways to develop your own leads from prospective and returning clients.
The firm support legislative reviews and open dialogue across change in family court and you will have the opportunity to discuss your views with the Partners as all voices at this firm are heard which is one of the reasons their staff retention is so good.
