This is an exciting opportunity to specialise within Property Disputes within a highly reputable Legal 500 practice in Essex. You will work closely with a Senior Solicitor on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord & tenant matters, adverse possession, boundary issues, Party Wall disputes and more. It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your development is a priority. This team are genuinely very friendly, and they have built a close-knit culture within the department.
Responsibilities
- Handling complex landlord & tenant disputes
- Representing clients with confidence and clarity
- Managing client relationships and legal documents
- Building your network and elevating the firm's reputation
Requirements
- An experienced Litigator with 2+ years PQE
- Experience in property litigation or general disputes
- Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
