You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department and managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities.
The role involves supporting lawyers with essential tasks including conflict, money laundering, and ID checks, drafting documentation, preparing meetings, managing travel arrangements, providing reception cover, and liaising with colleagues across the firm. You will also assist with new business enquiries and record keeping, helping the team maintain efficiency and deliver excellent client service.
We are looking for someone with a proactive approach who can prioritise effectively, work under pressure and take ownership of tasks. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are essential, alongside the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively.
