Our client has a very good reputation and a number of solid business streams across the board and they're seeking a conveyancer to join a fast-growing team.
In this role, you'll manage a busy and varied caseload of roughly 30 new files each month, covering residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Experience with new build or shared ownership transactions is advantageous but not essential. You'll be trusted to handle files efficiently while providing outstanding client service and clear, professional communication throughout every transaction.
