An exciting opportunity has arisen with a respected and growing law firm that is launching and developing a new office and is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to play a key role in its success.
This role would suit a conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE who is confident working independently and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Initially, you will operate as a standalone fee earner, managing your own files from instruction through to completion, with the scope to help shape processes and workflows as the office grows. As the caseload builds, there will be a clear plan to introduce support staff and expand the team around you.
You'll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, building towards approximately 35 new instructions per month. Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be dealing directly with clients, agents and lenders while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
As this is a newly developing office, a proactive mindset and willingness to get involved in business development is crucial. You'll be encouraged to build relationships, contribute to the firm's local presence, and play an active part in driving the office forward.
