This boutique law firm manages commercial property for HNW clients for their investment portfolios and pensions and it is a great opportunity for someone studying and seeking a part time legal role.
You must have at least 18 months working as a commercial property paralegal, as this role will support a very successful fee earner. You will be required to work on a two day week which can be a remote contract or from the firm's offices in North London.
The client work is a varied and mixed caseload, and you will work collaboratively on transactions for multi-million pound properties, engaging with clients and other third parties.
The broad spectrum of property includes private office, serviced office, retail and leisure sectors. Managing high value stores and office space nationally, your work will have a bias towards lease work and will include:
- Sales & purchases
- Landlord & Tennant matters
- Portfolio management
- Commercial occupiers
We are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, familiar in providing pragmatic support to clients and keen to fully support the fee earner.
