We're looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a busy commercial property team working within a Legal 500 with multi-accreditations. Whether you're seeking full-time work or a four-day week, this is a superb opportunity to develop your expertise while enjoying a collaborative environment.
You'll become part of a friendly, growing team handling a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, refinancing, and landlord & tenant matters. With a team of six fee earners and three secretaries, you'll receive guidance, mentorship and a clear career pathway to become a subject-matter expert in commercial property.
We're looking for candidates with 3+ years PQE and hands-on experience managing their own caseload in registered and unregistered commercial conveyancing, non-contentious landlord & tenant work, and corporate finance. You'll be commercially aware, confident using case management systems and able to support client-facing initiatives and marketing efforts.
Success in this role requires strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills, a commitment to delivering excellent client service, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
