Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to support the ongoing development and success of a Residential Property department. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact within a growing firm.
In this role, you will take ownership of your own caseload of residential property transactions, guiding matters from initial instruction to completion. You will apply your expertise to handle freehold, leasehold, and more complex transactions with confidence and efficiency, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service. A minimum of 3 years PQE in property law is required, along with the ability to work independently while upholding the highest standards.
We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be developing relationships with clients, agents and other stakeholders. Above all, you will be a collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a friendly and forward-thinking department.
