This is a great role working in a Dispute Resolution team for someone who is pursuing their career in Employment Law. Working for a modern and successful legal firm who are growing, you will be working on your own mixed caseload, representing clients across contentious and non-contentious employment matters. We are seeking a fee earner who is confident and can work with both individuals and corporations across a varied caseload to include but not be limited to:
- Employment tribunal claims
- Unfair Dismissal
- Disciplinary and internal investigations
- Drafting policy, employment contracts and staff handbooks
- Providing advice on redundancy
- Settlement agreements
- Director/Shareholder disputes
This is a successful department, and you will have support to develop yourself personally, attending breakfast meetings and legal seminars to raise your profile. You will also work with senior fee earners who will provide exposure on larger clients with more complex matters to enable you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and develop relationships.
