We're looking for an experienced conveyancer to join a well-respected and long-standing law firm on a part-time basis (three days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a trusted practice with deep roots in the local community and strong, established relationships with estate agents and lenders.
You'll take full ownership of a varied residential property caseload, overseeing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. The role offers autonomy and responsibility, giving you the chance to guide clients confidently through the complexities of buying and selling property.
