A long-established and Essex-based law firm with a strong presence across the region is seeking a Legal Secretary to join its busy residential conveyancing team. In this role, you will be a central support to fee earners handling a varied caseload of property matters. From drafting correspondence and preparing contract documentation to managing diaries and ensuring files are accurately maintained, you will play a key role in keeping transactions on track. You will regularly communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, helping to facilitate a seamless and well-coordinated process from instruction through to completion.
The firm is looking for someone with solid conveyancing secretarial experience with no less than two years of experience, with strong administrative capability and the ability to stay organised under pressure. Attention to detail, clear communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential, as you will be trusted to manage responsibilities efficiently with minimal supervision.
