As part of the dispute resolution team, you will manage a broad variety of residential/commercial property litigation matters, from landlord and tenant disputes to boundary disagreements, lease renewals, and possession proceedings. You will provide practical advice tailored to clients' needs, draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision, and help deliver results that make a real difference. In this role, you will also build strong client relationships and contribute to the ongoing development of the team and wider practice.
We are looking for a solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in property litigation, with strong technical expertise across a range of property disputes and a proven ability to manage cases effectively to achieve successful outcomes. Excellent communication and client-handling skills are essential, as is a team-orientated approach that thrives in a collaborative environment.
