This is a successful Legal 500 firm with multiple offices seeking to fill two openings in the Commercial Property Department, due to an increase in client work and promotions and succession planning.
We are seeking a Senior Associate for succession planning across some long-established clients working in non-contentious matters, and the work will be transactional, including refinancing, as well as working with both Landlord and Tenant with an interest in land development and acquisitions. The clients are varied and a mix of independent businesses, public authorities and private investors looking to build portfolios.
We are also seeking an experienced Solicitor, who is looking to work in a role specialising in development work. In this role we are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor or legal executive who can invest time in getting to know their clients and working with them across interesting development projects.
The firm does have a very good reputation across its different departments, and they work collaboratively with the company commercial team across M&A work, as well as looking at banking and financing for larger transactions.
