We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a small private client department at an established high street legal practice where you will work collaboratively with secretarial support and two fee earners managing a mixed caseload of Will, Trust & Probate matters.
There is plenty of work coming across from other departments, and you will manage your own cases, meeting clients, providing advice and support and drafting legal documents.
To be considered you will have confidence and experience in:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Tax planning
- LPAs
- Estate administration
- Court of Protection

We are seeking someone happy to be office based and available to meet and support clients, you will have the opportunity to take STEP, and be qualified to manage work unsupervised with secretary support as well as further development with support from the senior fee earner on more complex matters.
