We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic legal practice in East London. This part-time role is offered on a three days per week, where you will take ownership of a broad HR function, with the autonomy to shape how the firm attracts, develops and supports its people.
The office is centrally located close to the shops with excellent transport links, making it convenient and accessible.
This is a hands-on HR position where you'll be instrumental in creating a positive employee experience and supporting this legal firm's continued growth. You'll oversee the day-to-day HR operations while helping to shape policies, processes and people initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Supporting managers with guidance on people development, coaching and best practices.
- Developing practical HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Enhancing training and development opportunities, creating clear pathways for growth.
- Assisting with the transition to a digital HR system and leveraging technology to streamline processes.
We're seeking someone with proven HR experience, ideally within a law firm, and CIPD Level 5 qualified who is confident in using HR platforms and IT systems. You will thrive in an environment where you can take initiative, make decisions and bring ideas to life. A collaborative mindset, attention to detail and the ability to balance flexibility with responsibility are key.
